Polocrosse - day or night

Warwick Polocrosse Club hosted Australia's first day/night polocrosse carnival, the Shell Cup, at its Morgan Park grounds on Queensland's Darling Downs in May.
The floodlights were officially switched on in February, making Warwick the first polocrosse club in Australia to erect lights on its playing fields.
The Shell Cup was held over two days, with play continuing under lights for the A-grade semi-finals. Competition consisted of A, B, C, and D grades as well as a hotly contested junior competition.
With $8000 worth of trophies, clubs from throughout south-east Queensland and northern NSW competed in the history-making carnival, with Warwick's open men's side winning the inaugural Shell Cup.
The Shell Cup is the first of two carnivals Warwick Polocrosse Club
will be holding this year, with the annual Rosebowl Carnival to be held in
August.
